Do I have to be technical to have a website?
No. We will design and create your site to the specification you need for your business to have a presence on the web. For parts of the website that you may need to edit or add to, we will make simple forms for you to administrate those areas that you will fill out and hit submit and the addition or change will happen live on your site. Many brochure-type sites do not utilize this.

We like the experience your website development team has, do we need to live in Las Vegas?
No. Approximately half of the websites we have created and maintain are for businesses out of state. Even for many of the websites developed in Las Vegas, we have only met face to face with a fraction of them. After a phone consultation, they (and we) want to get the work done, not necessarily discuss the same thing in person that we just went over on the phone.

How much is a website?
We get this question a lot before people are willing to part with what their website is about. We customize any quote to what the project entails. We also structure our estimates in an a la carte fashion, so if there is a part or two that after thinking about it, you really don't want, it drops that piece and prices are not applied. We really need information about what the project is to give an accurate quote. A website can be 4 pages and it can be thousands of pages. A flash movie can be 4 fading pictures from one to another, or a full multimedia commercial. There is no flat fee for something that is so customized and potentially minimalistic or expansive. We give estimates for free, so please give us some information and we can give you an estimate.

What do you need to start my website?
Any content you have ready, any identity material (logo, etc), a rough outline (which can be sent or can be gone over on the phone), and discussion of what the website is about. We generally do three concepts and further develop one from there, or do others if other ideas are needed. If we are marketing your site to the search engines, we would also need to know the key phrases (subject matter) your site needs to be built around.

Are there hidden costs?
No. We even go through the costs of hosting, secure certificates, merchant accounts, licenses (when applicable), hosting, and any other costs that may be attached to the project you want to do. Those costs are not something we charge, but we want to make sure you know exactly what the budget of the project will be with our estimate and all the other costs for the project (if any).

How long before the website is finished?
Since every website is custom created, it does depend on the project. For smaller to medium sites, it is relatively fast. We are usually waiting on the client to get us the rest of the content or necessary information as we get stalled. After discussing your project, we can give you an accurate time line, as long as you are reachable to go over mock-ups and provide what you agreed to provide.

Does the host matter?
We have created many sites on multiple host servers. We have partnered with local hosting companies that we can refer, but we can deal with most any host. Some database solutions require certain technologies that smaller, less business friendly hosts do not offer or that huge hosting companies offer, but choke down the usability of. The hosts we recommend are 24 hour live support and give us favorable access to create and implement any data integrated technologies, the ability to utilize some specialized software for blogs, SEO, and other services that makes our life easier and your site more successful.
