For this, you have several options: By Internet: Via the VisionWorks Online business center, you can submit your application electronically and immediately begin ordering products and sales materials. You will need the special non-subscriber log-on and password (i.e. ID#5050 and password 1visionquest) to sign up online. This method is simple and requires no paperwork at all. By Mail: Complete a Team Member application and agreement and submit by mail to the VisionQuest home office. Remember to retain a copy for your files. Placing Orders Sharing the products is the key to the VisionQuest business opportunity but you must start by becoming a product of the product. You may use any of the following methods to place your first and all subsequent product and sales aid orders. By Internet: Via the VisionWorks Online business center, you can submit your orders electronically. The online order form automatically calculates your product and sales aid order for you. You will receive an additional 10% in qualifying volume (QV) on all orders placed via our online business center. By Phone: Place your orders using our toll-free order line (888.307.3700). Our Order Processing Department currently operates from 9am to 5pm (PST), Monday through Friday. By Mail: Complete a product or sales aid order form indicating the items, corresponding item codes and pricing information and submit by mail to the VisionQuest home office. Premier Autoship In supporting your commitment to optimal health we offer the convenient Premier Autoship Program. This program ensures you never run out of our exceptional life-enhancing products. Sign up... By Internet: Via the VisionWorks Online business center you may sign up and submit your initial autoship order electronically. VisionWorks Online subscribers may use their Team Member ID# and password to access the system. Non-subscribers must use the special non-subscriber log on and password mentioned above. By Mail: Simply complete the Premier Autoship section of your membership application or fill out a separate Premier Autoship Authorization Form indicating those products which you would like delivered to your door step each month. Mail or fax completed forms to the VisionQuest home office for processing. These forms are located in your Team Member starter kit or can be downloaded from our website as well as accessible via the VisionWorks Voice Fax on Demand system. *All Premier Autoship orders are shipped freight free.
