Team
Members earn up to 50% in retail profits.
Retail Plus Program
As a special incentive to
increase retail profits, Team Members can receive an additional 10%
off the standard wholesale pricing of consumable products by
qualifying with $1000 in Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) for three
consecutive calendar months or $1500 in PQV for two consecutive
months. Once qualified,
this discount is permanent (discount does not apply to autoship or any
customer programs).
Team Member Bonus
As an active Team member, you can qualify for a bonus
of 5% on the business volume of up to 5 levels of Team Members.
Preferred Customer Bonus
By
becoming a Preferred Customer, your retail customers purchase their
favorite products at a discount through a special monthly autoship
program. VisionQuest will automatically fill their monthly standing
order without you or your customer having to do a thing. With the
discount incentive offered to the retail customer, Members still
receive full business volume credit plus a Preferred Customer Bonus in
the form of retail profits from the difference between the wholesale
price and the Preferred Customer price minus a $1.00 processing fee.
Premier Autoship Bonus
This
is a special bonus program for all first-time autoship orders of at
least $100, for new Team Members within the first 5 active levels in
their membership group. Each active Team Member participating in the
Premier Autoship Program will earn 20% on the first level, 10% on the
second and third level, and 5% on the fourth and fifth level on the
first $100 of each initial autoship order placed. Our special Dynamic
Compression feature ensures a 50% pay-out. Plus Premier Autoship
Bonuses are paid weekly!
Fast-Start Bonus Pool
As
a new member, you are rewarded for your performance. Each month, the
company places 2% of the company's total commissionable sales revenues
into this special bonus pool for new business builders. Team Members
can participate in this pool for each of their first 12 months as a
member of VisionQuest.
A Team Member qualifies by simply enrolling at least 3 new
Premier Autoship members or Preferred Customers during one calendar
month and having at least $1,000 in group qualified volume (GQV), or
by having a 20% growth in Premier Autoship sales within the first 3
levels of active Team Members, over the previous calendar month, and
having at least $3,000 GQV. Each month, the entire pool will be shared
among those qualifying Team Members. The first 3 months are 100%
participation. Thereafter, participation in the bonus pool is reduced
by 10% each month as your membership group continues to grow and
mature.
Executive Team Member Generational Bonus
As
an Executive Team Member, you can qualify for a bonus of up to 10% on
your entire Executive group's business volume (BV) down to the next
qualified Executive Team Member and 3% on all BV of up to 4 additional
generations of qualified Executive Team Members and their entire
group's BV based on your rank.
Achievers Club Bonus Pool
2%
of the company's total monthly commissionable sales revenues are
placed in a special bonus pool and is shared among fully qualified
Gold, Platinum and Diamond Executives with at least a 10% growth in
Executive GQV over the previous month. Participation in this bonus
pool is based on monthly qualification, and the bonus pool is shared
on a pro-rata basis (i.e. your monthly earnings determine the amount
you receive). The more you make, the bigger the bonus.
Diamond Performance Bonus
A
fully qualified Diamond Executive with at least $100,000 in GQV and 3
qualified Diamond Executive legs will earn an additional 2% of all
Team Members' BV down to the first qualified Diamond Executive who
also qualifies for the performance bonus. An additional 2% bonus is
paid on that qualifier's total GQV down to the next or
second-generation performance bonus qualifier. This bonus could pay
through infinity!
Customer
Acquisition Bonuses
Those Team Members
participating in VisionQuest's E-business program can qualify to earn
lucrative Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CAB's) when they attain 6
customers within 30 days of purchasing their E-business package and
help newly sponsored Team Members do the same.
CAB bonuses are earned on downline Team Members who also become
qualified within the qualification period.
CAB bonuses are paid on each E-business package once
qualification is attained as follows:

All participants must be qualified E-business subscribers.
* The six customer requirement can include Preferred, Customer
Convenience online product,
Telecom and ISP customers. At least 2 customers must be ISP customers
and your
personal enrollment in VisionWorks telecom and ISP services can
account for a maximum of 2 of your customer requirements.
* The six customer requirement must be maintained to qualify for CAB
bonuses.
