Steve Gould
President, Chief Executive Officer The
VisionQuest Worldwide corporate management team is led by Steve Gould, the
companyıs President and Chief Executive, whose vision is the essence of the
companyıs mission and philosophy. His illustrious career in Network Marketing
sales and corporate management spans more than 17 years, during which time he
has been involved in practically every aspect of field sales and corporate
business development. For
7 of those years, Mr. Gould served as President, overseeing the operations of
one of the fastest growing companies in the world. During his tenure, the
company produced well over a half-billion dollars in sales revenues, launched
more than 400 products and services, and established international operations.
Over a 5 year period he oversaw company operations while the company experienced
an unprecedented growth rate of more than 35,000% and was recognized number-one
fastest-growing company in America. Mr.
Gouldıs extensive experience in network marketing operations and his strong
commitment toward improving and innovating the network marketing industry, have
resulted in a crucial understanding and appreciation of the responsibilities of
the home office to the field sales team - something essential to continued sales

Bill Spallino
Vice President of Operations and Technology Mr.
Spallino has managed Information Technology development activities for numerous
Fortune 500 companies, including Heinz, Transamerica, and Nissan Motors. Mr.
Spallino is a graduate of the Long Beach College of Business and is a member of
the Project Management Institute and the American Production and Inventory
Control Society. Prior
to joining the VisionQuest corporate team, Mr. Spallino served for six years as
CIO of a $200 million network marketing company. Here, Mr. Spallino provided
successful leadership for enterprise-wide endeavors such as call-center
automation and restructuring, ERP system implementation, and Business Process
Re-Engineering initiatives. Mr. Spallino was also instrumental in leading
international deployment efforts as well in developing its Internet and web
technology strategy and infrastructure. Serving
as Vice President for Operations and Technology for VisionQuest Worldwide, Mr.
Spallino's responsibilities include overall company operations, Order
Processing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Commissions, as well as all company
Information Technology activities. Mr.
Spallino is an incredible asset to VisionQuest and will play a vital role in the
companies aggressive approach to utilize leading edge technology and provide

Dave Lentes
Controller/Finance and Accounting For over 25 years, David E. Lentes has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of several companies encompassing a diverse industry base including: Manufacturing, Trucking, Marketing and Sales, Computer Hardware / Software Sales and Development, Real Estate Development and Management, Health Insurance, Investment Management and Equipment Leasing. Mr.
Lentes brings with him a comprehensive knowledge base of financial and
accounting expertise that is especially helpful in accommodating the special and
unique needs of a new and developing company like VisionQuest.
Mr. Lentes has an extensive background in implementing financial and
accounting computer software systems, and he has developed specialized
complimentary information systems such as sales management, materials
management, cash flow analysis, real estate portfolio analysis / management, and
securities investment portfolio analysis / management. Mr.
Lentes also has extensive abilities in tax planning, preparation, and filing
with all entity types including ³C² corporations, ³S² corporations,
partnerships, and trusts. Mr. Lentes is a very important asset to VisionQuest as
he serves as Controller and financial manager for the company, overseeing
accounting activities and specializing in cash flow management, tax planning and
financial and strategic planning.
His expertise is valuable as VisionQuest moves from an emerging company
into a powerful, publicly owned, worldwide operating company. | |

Sonny Barton More
recently, Mr. Barton has worked for a large-scale direct sales company with
operations both domestically and internationally.
Serving in a number of corporate management positions with
responsibilities including, sales and marketing, product and sales-aid
development, project management, public relations and field communications, Mr.
Barton has acquired a broad base of experience preparing him for his role with
VisionQuest. Serving
as Director of Marketing & Sales Development, Mr. Barton is an integral part
of the VisionQuest management team. His responsibilities include, overseeing the
development of VisionQuest products and services, marketing duties to include,
the development of collateral and promotional materials, maintenance of the
company's web site, as well as all field and public communications. Mr. Barton's
experience, personal work ethic and commitment to the VisionQuest mission give
the Company the ability to lead the industry by raising the level of quality in
products, services and Team Member support and promotional incentives.

Rosa Talavera
Manager of Team Member Services Rosa Talavera began her career in the corporate environment of the direct sales industry more than 9 years ago. Beginning with Order Processing, she expanded her role to include, customer service, customer service management, field promotions and VIP Services, in a highly a successful direct sales company. With
this comprehensive background, and having had the opportunity to work with Steve
Gould previously in her career, Rosa embraced the opportunity to join the
VisionQuest management team because the leadership, the Vision and the
Integrity.
Fluent
in both English and Spanish, Rosa oversees VisionQuest's world-class Order
Processing and Member Services Departments. Working closely with our Team
Members, Ms. Talavera's efforts and thorough understanding of network marketing
support services ensure the highest standard of excellence in service and
support for our Team Members and their customers. | |

Wayne Lauten
Manager of Logistics With 18 years in operations and logistics management, Mr. Lauten's experience in business processing spans from data processing to large-scale fulfillment operations, both domestically and internationally. For the past ten years Mr. Lauten has gained valuable experience in Logistics Management that included operations of multiple warehouse distribution facilities in the US and in Mexico. This experience includes overseeing purchasing, inventory control, order fulfillment and facilities and distribution center management. He has managed fulfillment staffs of over 70 employees, handled product inventory of millions of dollars and managed distribution facilities as large as 110,000 sq ft. During his career Mr. Lauten has been instrumental in integrating the latest technology systems for streamlining fulfillment activities. Mr. Lauten is a valuable part of the VisionQuest team and will be a tremendous asset as VisionQuest expands its product line and establishes business operations and product distribution throughout the world. | |
